What you do is you mix together a cup of cold water with 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour, a teaspoon of baking soda, 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 egg yolks, and a tablespoon of parsley. Spoon the mixture onto a cookies sheet and bake them at 350 F for 15 minutes. Your dog is going to love these.
